School gets electricity connection after complaint on CM ‘Mobile App’

Dehradun: Rakesh Tomar from Kalsi block registered a complaint on Chief Minister ‘Mobile App’, highlighting about electricity problem in Rajkiya Purva Madhyhamik Vidhyalaya Baaghna, Kalsi, district Dehradun. The school, which was opened 10 years ago, the students and staff are facing the problem of non-availability of power in the school. Chief Minister’s office expected from Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (UPCL) to take steps to sort out electricity problem in the school. The electricity department supplied electricity to the school under ‘Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gramin Jyoti Yojna’, and LED bulbs were installed to reduce electricity consumption. The complainant, Rakesh Tomar also highlighted about potable water shortage due to obsolete and broken water pipelines. Chief Minister’s office BDO Kalsi to ensure water supply to the school. At present, water and electricity supply was resumed to the school.

The villagers, teachers, students and the complainant thanked Chief Minister, Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat for addressing villagers’ problem.
