No move to shift ONGC Headquarters to Delhi: Union Petroleum Minister assures CM Rawat

Dehradun: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat has telephonically spoken to Union Minister for Petroleum Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan on the issue of reports which appeared in some newspapers regarding shifting of the ONGC Headquarters from Dehradun to Delhi. Pradhan told the Chief Minister that there is no move to shift ONGC Headquarters to Delhi. He also informed that ONGC Permanent Account Number (PAN) will also not be shifted from Uttarakhand to Delhi. Pradhan said that ONGC has a very old and strong association with Uttarakhand. He further said that both ONGC and Uttarakhand watch interests of each other and no such decision would be taken that adversely affect Uttarakhand directly or indirectly.
