Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.’s Farm Equipment Sector (FES), the world’s leading tractor manufacturer in terms of numbers, is showcasing its range of tractors and farm machinery at the Agritechnica Trade Fair in Hannover, from November 12 to 18, 2017. The company is participating in Agritechnica for the first time.

In fact, our solutions for the agricultural sector are high-performance products that are affordable and help in increasing efficiency on the field, thereby ensuring farm tech prosperity”.

Agritechnica the world’s leading international trade fair for agricultural machinery and equipment and Mahindra has introduced its range of newly developed tractors – the 6000, 7000 and 9000 series – with patented mCRD technology, on this global platform. The company is also showcasing its machinery and equipment for soil tillage, along with sowing and harvesting products, technologies for automatic steering systems, new harvesters and a crawler tractor.

With its vision to continuously innovate the future of farm production and to drive farm prosperity across the world, Mahindra has brought into its fold leading agricultural machinery and technology companies to offer complete farm mechanization solutions, ranging from tractors and implements to harvesters.

Mitsubishi Mahindra Agricultural Machinery of Japan, Sampo Rosenlew, Finland and Hisarlar, Turkey have enabled the company to gain a foothold in global markets, especially in segments such as paddy machinery, grain harvesters, and advanced ground tilling machinery. Recently, the company also announced its second foray into Turkey through the acquisition of Erkunt Traktor Sanayii A.S. (Erkunt), the fourth largest tractor brand in Turkey. This association with Erkunt on the back of the Hisarlar acquisition earlier in the year will help in growing Mahindra’s farm equipment business in the strategic market of Turkey.
