In a shocking incident, a 32-year-old man allegedly committed suicide after stabbing her wife multiple times near northwest Delhi’s Rohini area on Saturday.
The incident took place in the wee hours of Sunday morning, Police officials said. The accused was identified as Jaswinder Singh by the officials.
It was reported that the incident took place when Jaswinder Singh came to meet his wife at her parent’s house in northwest Delhi’s Rohini area on Saturday night.
Following this Jaswinder Singh took his wife to the terrace as he told he want to have a conversation. Later the conversation was turned into an argument.
Reports say, Jaswinder Singh was working as a salesman but recently lost his job and become addicted to alcohol.
In a heated conflict, Jaswinder Singh stabbed her wife with a knife and jumps off the roof from the fourth floor.
The couple got married five years ago and has a daughter. Later, the woman was rushed to the BSA Hospital, where the men died on the spot and his wife is currently in observation at the hospital. However, Police official told a case of attempt to murder was registered.
