CM Trivendra inaugurates Central Office of Ex-Servicemen Welfare Association

Dehradun: Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat inaugurated the Central Office of Ex-Servicemen Welfare Association at Sridev Suman Nagar Ballupur Road, Dehradun on Sunday. While congratulating and extending his good wishes to the ex-servicemen for the newly built Central Office, Chief Minister said that society understands the importance with which the soldiers serve the country with sacrifice, passion and hard work. Common public have special respect, trust and attachment towards the soldiers. Chief Minister said that the state government is always committed for all possible help and assistance of its soldiers and ex-servicemen.  For the redressal of the problems of the soldiers, the government has appointed one ADM level nodal officer in every district. Chief Minister said that keeping in view the problems of the common man and ex-servicemen, the ban on the purchase of land on Gairsain has been lifted. District Magistrate has been directed to cancel the order related to the ban on the purchase of land in the Gairsain. Chief Minister said that the meeting organised for resolving the civil matters with the army and for having a better coordination between state government and army, will now be regularly organised on time every year.  On this occasion MLA Mr. Ganesh Joshi and Mr. Dhan Singh Negi were also present.
