Dehradun: Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat participated in the oath taking ceremony of newly elected mayor of Rishikesh Mrs. Anita Mamgain at Bharat Mandir Inter College ground. Chief Minister congratulated the Mayor and other councilors after oath taking ceremony.
Dehradun District Magistrate S.A. Murugesan administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly elected Mayor Mrs Anita Mamgain. Later, Mayor Mrs. Anita Mamgain administered the oath of office and secrecy to all the ward councilors.
During the oath taking ceremony function of Rishikesh Mayor and councilors, Uttarakhand Urban Development Minister Madan Kauhsik, Lok Sabha MP Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, BJP state president Ajay Bhatt and other were present.
