Chief Secretary Utpal Kumar Singh administers oath on the occasion of anti-terrorism day

Dehradun: Chief Secretary Utpal Kumar Singh administered oath on the occasion of anti-terrorism day to officials and employees that they would fight against terrorism and strive against violence in secretariat. They would work towards peace, communal harmony, and set example of sensibility. He administered oath to fight against anti-development activities.  Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Additional Secretary and staff of secretariat was present.
