Yogi Adityanath’s unique gift to his teacher, state builds road to his village

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave a unique gift to his teacher. A road leading to the village was repaired on priority by the UP government under directions from the CM.

Nagendra Nath Bajpayi was Mathematics teacher who taught Yogi Adityanath in class 9th and 10th in government inter college in Tehri Garhwal. A resident of Khojapur village in Maharajpur town, Bajpayi had met Adityanath during his recent visit to Kanpur.

Speaking to India Today, Bajpayi said,”I had requested him to get Khojaupur-Salempur road repaired. The villagers have now informed me that road repair work has already started”

“He immediately recognised me and touched my feet.The CM smiled when he was informed about the poor condition of road. He has made me proud by gifting a road to my village and making me proud as a teacher,” added Bajpayi. “We are very happy that the road is being repaired now . Every students must give respect to their teachers like Yogi Adityanath.” Sanjay Yadav, a student of class 11th said that Yogi has become an inspiration for students like him. By India Today
