CM Rawat meets ‘Mushroom Girl’ Divya Rawat

Dehradun: Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat held a courtesy meeting with ‘Mushroom Girl’ Ms Divya Rawat at his residence on Wednesday. Chief Minister appreciated the efforts being made by Divya Rawat in the field of Mushroom and Cordyceps Sinensis. He said that state government is encouraging the youth working in the area of the self-employment. He said that more and more youth from the state should opt for self-employment and should also create employment opportunities for others. He said that through self-employment, migration from the state can be effectively prevented. Chief Minister said that we have to develop employment models based on the local resources and products. He said that officers have been issued instructions that at the time of planning the schemes, it must be kept in mind that how much employment the scheme would generate.
